Return & Refund Policy
ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service team at info@giftresso.com and request order modifications or Cancellation. After 12 hours the order will automaticlly send to our factory, We unable to modify or cancel the prodution process.
WRONG SIZING ORDERED
Giftresso is not responsible for any customer input errors while ordering especially choosing the incorrect size/color.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FLAWED INCORRECT ORDER
If customer received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order. Please send a picture to us for proofing. We will make a free replacement order or refund on the defected items.
PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
For U.S. orders
if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was shipped and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent.
For international orders
if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was shipped and tracking data is showing Giftresso will replace or refund these orders.
WRONG ADDRESS ORDERED
Giftresso is not responsible for any customer input errors for the shipping address.
RETURN COST RESPONSIBITY
Due to the product is the custom made just for you.Customer should responsible for return cost if it need
RETURNS
Since your product is custom printed just for you, We can not process the returns for the dissatisfied reason. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
Correct Address
If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, Giftresso will reship the package to your customer for free after an address verification is complete by the customer.
Incorrect Address
Giftresso will not refund nor assume liability for orders returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers. Giftresso will reship attempt but customer will be charged for fees associated with additional delivery attempts.
